School Visits

In a classroom environment we will explain how aeroplanes fly and operate. This lesson will complement School Lesson 6c : Forces in Action, and explain how an aeroplane overcomes gravitational forces and how aircrew and passengers are able to breathe whilst flying in the rarefied air pressure at altitude.

After the lesson there will then be a tour of our exhibition hall, which contains a wealth of artefacts illustrating more than a hundred years of aviation history.

Café facilities and a picnic area are available together with Free Coach Parking.
