We are committed to ensuring that the Avro Heritage Museum is accessible to all visitors and we hope that our facilities reflect this. These include:

• Free parking (including six disabled parking spaces).

• Free admission for accompanying carers.*

• The Avro Heritage Museum is fully accessible by wheelchair (with the exception of cockpits**).

• A lift to the Museum's upper floor and Vulcan Café.

• Accessible toilets and baby change facilities on both floors of the Museum.

• Two manual wheelchairs and an adult walker are available for use free of charge.

• Hearing loop system.

• Registered Assistance Dogs are warmly welcome.

* Carers are required to pay for any cockpit tours which they wish to experience.

** The Museum's cockpits have been preserved for authenticity and, as such, steps are used for access. There are 360° interactive screens outside the Vulcan and Lancaster cockpits which display the flight deck.
